Worrying about Anxiety---Antidote Anxiety

Worrying about Anxiety

I find that the problem with many people is that they keep holding on to their anxiety. Usually what happens is that anxiety comes and then goes. It appears out of nothingness and disappears back into nothingness (Okay, I am speaking with reference to non duality here!).

The best way to cure anxiety would be to forget about it as if nothing even happened .i.e not paying any attention to your anxiety. I know it is difficult for people suffering from anxiety , but it only appears difficult because anxiety appears so real to them and they cant just let it be .
They want to control it and make it go.They also want to make sure that anxiety should not come again in their lives. They should never be anxious again.

But this method,of trying to get rid of anxiety, backfires, and only strenghtens the thing which people are trying to get rid of.

When I learnt about releasing it gave me a very different perspective on my problems and my worries.
It told me that whatever you worry about or are anxious about is actually a memory. It only exists because you keep reminding yourself about it and keep feeding it energy and strengthening it by thinking about it.

So,the only advice that I would give to you would be to let it go. It would also help if you would allow yourself to let it go even for a minute.

I hope this helps in your quest for conquering anxiety attacks Or maybe there isn't any anxiety really for you to conquer it.

You could read more and get a free course about releasing here.

The solution to any "problem" is just to watch it without judgment or resistance, or trying to make it change. If you feel anxiety, just watch yourself feeling it. That's it. Just like with any other uncomfortable or "bad" feeling, the more you try to get rid of it, the more it persists. The more you just watch it as a "disinterested" observer, the more it subsides on its own. Easier said than done, I know. That is why the nonduality teachings are so simple and yet profound. Everything, including anxiety and resistance, is part of the Totality. It wouldn't be here unless it was supposed to be here. Of course, also, our acceptance of it or resistance to it is also determined by the Totality, as well as our understanding. There is no one to blame or to credit. There is no one to get rid of anything either. This is the hardest part of the teaching. It's not a teaching like the manifestation-law of attraction-feel good stuff that says if you simply do this or that, you will be happy or the universe will provide, etc. The Universe, or the Totality, is just neutral, composed of duality, or good and bad, and that means at any point you may experience the good or the bad, and you dont' know which will happen next. You can't control it, because there is no "you" to control it. You are an instrument of the Totality.
So that being said, if there is anxiety, there is anxiety. If there is peace, there is peace. Whatever is, is. It's as simple as that.

Yeah, that's very rightly said.
And it seems that you are a reader of Ramesh balsekar's books. I am also a fan of his. It made such a big difference in my life. The biggest difference came after reading John Wheeler's stuff.
And yes it all started with releasing but hey, cant say what was the cause for whatever happened because everything is actually causeless.

bye,
